How to ask for reinforcements in Travian

As owner of a travian account or sitter, when attacks are incoming and you feel that are need reinforcements from your alliance members, you need to ask for it. One ingame messenge not clear can create misunderstanding and make your alliance members to do not pay attention to your demand of help. So I would like to give you the following tips for when you need to ask for reinforcements:1. Send request to Defensive/MM officer (check the profile of your alliance to know who is the player with these roles). If there is no response in a reasonable time, send your request for help directly to your neighbourwood alliance members, which are near to you. Asking from other wings of your alliance is fine and acceptable. Keep in mind, most people in the alliance do sleep sometimes.2. the following info is needed.a) city(s) getting attacked, and their coordinates.b) city(s) doing the attacking, and their coordinates.c) times when attacks land.d) is it a cat attack?e) what units are in the incoming, if known.f) granary capacity, and if you will need help with crop.g) wall level.You can send also a messenge with this form format, which will help the people in charge of defense of your alliance to respond and act faster. I suggest you "archive" this form in case you need it in a hurry.Now if multiple villages or attacks per village are coming in, make two entries under that section.If you give this information in the first contact with defensive officer, your MM going out for help will get out as soon as its seen. If all you do is say "help! i'm getting attacked" and log out (which happens so many times!) you will likely find yourself with a reply for information in your inbox while the enemy attacks are incoming.
